Sales Projections: Our experienced international sales executives will carefully evaluate the elements of your film to provide accurate and timely sales projections for each territory of the world. The sales projections will be based on our knowledge of theatrical distributors, DVD distributors, free TV & cable TV broadcasters, subscription and transactional VOD, IPTV and ancillary buyers in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia, Australia, South Africa, Latin America, USA, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.

Every film requires sales estimate in almost every country of the world to better understand the value of your film to an equity investor who is interested in investing in your film. FilmWarrior provides these estimates based on budget, format, talent, content and genre.

Project Feedback: Our team will provide you with personalized, specific and targeted feedback about your film project and advise you with casting ideas, your ideal budget as well as the sales projections- which can be extremely accurate if you have a completed script, budget and attachments, including director and actors; or speculative projections without the above.

Script Development: We are able to provide you with coverage on your script / idea / treatment. The development process is handled through a collaboration of distribution, creative producers and development executives. The development process is an intense 6 week minimum period of breaking down your script, character development, and creating well developed scenes and strong character arcs. In today’s marketplace both foreign and domestic, buyers want films that have mainstream appeal, fit within their mandate but most importantly films that grab you in the first ten minutes. During the process we make sure your script becomes a viable marketable film that can be submitted to various film finance executives, production companies, agents, managers, distributors, talent, casting directors and sales agents.

The development process is crucial before you submit your film to any industry professional which includes agents, managers, production companies, foreign sales companies, studios, investors, and talent. We breakdown and dissect your script to make sure that the structure, genre, characters and content have to be ready and fully developed before you move forward.

Post Production: FilmWarrior has affiliations with production and post production facilities around the world. If you need post production facilities; such as your sound package or completion of your film, we can locate one for you that best suits your needs and budget constraints. We are not affiliated with any of these facilities, so we will be able to provide you with feedback on which facility works best for your project. FilmWarrior will also negotiate on your behalf to get you the most aggressive post deals you can find.

FW will find and connect you with post facility deals in North America and overseas. We negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible post deals you can get in the world that fit within your budget. This also goes for efx houses as well.

Delivery: FW advises and assists you delivery of your film prior to you shooting your film. We can provide a sample Delivery Schedule which outlines the delivery items required in delivering a film from physical to contractual elements that all domestic distributors as well as foreign, will require thereby saving you time and most importantly money, in the end. Film Representation: FilmWarrior will advise and consult you on the actual selling of your film to a domestic distributor. We will either rep your film for you or provide you with a list of the best reps in the business who will be able to negotiate the very best deal available; those who have the soundest relationships with the distributors and broadcasters.

Marketing: We will help you think about your films marketing hooks during the development of your films. How much thought you put into your films eventual marketing directly correlates to its eventual success. FilmWarrior will be able to pin point the marketing hook for your film, thereby advising you on how to position and sell your film to distributors as well as to the eventual consumer.

Search Engine Optimization: FilmWarrior is able to provide you with search engine optimization services for your website so you can make certain it shows up high when a consumer or distributor types in certain key words or terms when searching for independent films on the web.

Stage 1

Developing Your Screenplay

After reading your script we will work with you and provide script notes and script development by looking at what needs to be adjusted in order for casting agents, talent managers, and talent to seriously consider your material.

Talent Attachments
Writer executes script notes and works on script development.
Writer provides both script and character breakdown. Writer and FW Create a wish list of talent and directors best suited for your project. The director is as important to your overall films marketability as the talent.

Business Plan
Begin developing a detailed business plan with the necessary talent attachments, synopsis, character breakdown, sales estimates, sales strategy, and mission statement for your film.

Stage 2

Film Financing

We begin to contact all of our appropriate equity sources once we have a director and appropriate talent attached.

Distribution
After key talent is attached, FW seeks out key international sales companies and distribution partners to come on board your project. to provide either pre sales or to take on your completed film. We will also negotiate the best possible Sales Agency Agreement for your film.

Business Plan/Progress Report Continued development of business plan with Letters of Intent. FW provides follow up progress report.

Stage 3

Film Finance Vehicles

Research and seeking out new equity sources and connecting you with pre-existing equity relationships and finance options through private placement, government vehicles and private equity.
